Booking & Payment
- Your session is confirmed only upon successful payment.
- If payment is not completed within 15 minutes, the selected slot will be automatically released.
- You will receive an email confirmation with all session details once the booking is successful.
Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
- You can reschedule your session only once for free, provided it is done at least 1 hour before the session.
- Subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of ₹100 per reschedule.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of the counsellor.
- Late arrivals will not extend your session duration. The session will end as scheduled.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once a session is booked and confirmed.
- In case of technical failures on our part or if the counsellor fails to join, a free rescheduling will be offered.
Confidentiality & Conduct
- All sessions are strictly confidential and conducted by verified professionals.
- Recording or sharing of the session (audio, video, or text) is strictly prohibited without prior consent.
- Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards counsellors or staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- MyCounselHub reserves the right to initiate legal action under relevant laws in case of harassment, defamation, misuse of services, or violation of counsellor rights.
Consent & Data Usage
- By booking a session with MyCounselHub, you agree to:
- Share your personal information with MyCounselHub and its payment partners (e.g., RazorPay).
- Allow MyCounselHub to use anonymized data for quality improvement and analytics, adhering to applicable data protection laws.
